Display rules
One row per instance type, plus the default row every other type falls back to (via its ancestor types, then this default). Item template renders one item; tokens: {credit}{title}{fulltitle}{ref}{refortitle} (ref, else the title) {tune}{type}{author}. Column 1 / Column 2 shape every row; tokens: {type} (singular for one item, plural for a grouped run) and {items} (the item renderings, comma-joined — required in one of the pair). An empty Column 2 makes the row span the full width. Credit slot: {people}. Person format: {display}{surname}{forenames}{initials}{sortname}. Ref slot: {book}{num}. Tune slot: {tune}. Emphasis anywhere: {i}…{/i} italic, {b}…{/b} bold.
